Welcome to VidSave. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://vidsave-pk.pages.dev and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service Does

VidSave is a browser-based utility that processes publicly accessible TikTok links supplied by the user and returns the publicly available media files (video and/or audio) for personal, offline use. The Service acts as a technical intermediary: it does not host, index, curate, or distribute any third-party video content of its own.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you agree that you will:

Download responsibly: save only videos you created, videos you have permission to save, or content where saving for personal offline use is permitted by the rights holder and TikTok's Terms of Service.
Respect copyright: never re-upload, redistribute, monetise, or publicly share downloaded content that belongs to someone else without explicit permission and proper credit.
Not abuse the Service: no automated scraping, bulk harvesting, denial-of-service attempts, or attempts to circumvent rate limits or security controls.
Not misuse personal data: never use the Service to stalk, harass, or violate the privacy of any person, and never upload anyone's private content without consent.

Important: downloading a video does not transfer ownership. TikTok videos are protected by copyright and remain the property of their creators. When in doubt — ask the creator first, and always credit their work.

3. Intellectual Property

VidSave is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. "TikTok" and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used on this site only for descriptive reference. All content on this website (text, design, and branding) is owned by VidSave and may not be copied without permission.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that downloads will always succeed — TikTok changes its platform regularly, and some links may fail. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidSave and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or claims arising from content you download and how you use it. You assume full responsibility for your downloads and their subsequent use.

6. Copyright Complaints

If you are a rights holder and believe the Service is being misused to infringe your copyright, contact us at dmca@vidsavepk.com with the details described on our contact page. We take takedown requests seriously and respond promptly.

7. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Use by Minors

The Service is not intended for children under 13. If you are a minor, please use the Service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian.
