Who we are, what we do, and why this tool exists.
VidSave is a free, browser-based utility that lets people save TikTok videos in clean, high-quality MP4 format or extract the audio as MP3 — quickly and without any watermark. The project started with a simple frustration: when you save a video from the TikTok app, it comes with a moving username watermark stamped over the footage. For anyone archiving their own creations, keeping a personal copy of a recipe, or preserving a memorable clip before it gets deleted, that watermark is an unnecessary annoyance.
We built VidSave to solve exactly that problem in the most lightweight way possible. There is nothing to install, nothing to sign up for, and nothing to pay. You paste a link, we process it, and you get the file. That is the entire product.
Our goal is to make saving your own TikTok content as easy as saving a photo from a messaging app. We believe that once you have created a video — or when a creator has explicitly made content available for saving — you should be able to keep a clean copy of it without jumping through hoops. The service is designed to be fast, mobile-friendly, and honest: no forced redirects, no fake download buttons, and no misleading pop-ups.

Most of our visitors come from Pakistan, India, the Philippines, Nigeria, Indonesia, and Bangladesh — regions where mobile data is precious and people love saving tutorials, recipes, comedy sketches, and trending sounds to watch or share offline. Because the tool runs entirely in the browser, it works the same on a budget Android phone, an iPhone, or a desktop computer.
For people who save videos regularly, we also offer a lightweight Android app that wraps the same downloader in a fast, dedicated interface with direct downloads to your phone's storage.
